Products and information

Please read the product-specific ingredients, directions and warnings before purchase and use. Essential oils and castor oil are different product categories; directions for one do not automatically apply to another. If product information is missing or unclear, contact us before purchase or use. Lifestyle imagery illustrates the brand and does not establish product performance or application instructions. Screen colours and image presentation may vary, but goods must match their contractual description.

Prices and orders

Our store uses USD. The product price, any discount, shipping charge and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Cross-border import charges may apply where they are not expressly included; see our Shipping Policy. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before submitting it.

If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you promptly to explain the issue and offer the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and reimbursement where appropriate. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery cancellations and returns

Delivery destinations, charges and estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, withdrawal, returns and refunds are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Those policies do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Website use and intellectual property

Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person's information. Brand materials and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Personal browsing and lawful use of the store do not transfer ownership of those materials.

Privacy and external services

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Shopify hosts the store. Payment, delivery and other service providers may also process information to deliver their services. An external link does not make us responsible for that third party's independent content.

Consumer protection and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights concerning defective goods. We do not require consumers to waive rights under the law that applies to them. We may update these terms for future orders; changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order. The version applicable at the time of purchase and mandatory law govern that purchase.
