Shipping policy

SHYWAY orders are dispatched from Guangzhou, China. All prices and shipping thresholds below are in US dollars (USD).

Destinations and shipping charges

We currently offer delivery to the United States, Canada, European Union countries and the United Kingdom, subject to address eligibility at checkout.

  • Orders below US$49.99: US$3.50 standard shipping per order.
  • Orders of US$49.99 or more: free standard shipping.

The threshold is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and any separately charged taxes. The final shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery estimates

Please allow 1–3 days for order processing before dispatch. Estimated transit is 3–8 days after dispatch. These estimates are separate: processing time is additional to transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carrier capacity, holidays and the delivery address.

Tracking and address changes

We provide dispatch and tracking information when available. Please check your address carefully. To request an address change or cancellation before dispatch, email info@shyway.co.uk promptly with your order number. We will check whether the request can still be accommodated.

Taxes and import charges

The checkout shows the taxes and charges collected with your order. Cross-border deliveries may also be subject to destination-country import taxes, duties or clearance charges where these are not expressly included at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if the treatment of import charges for your destination is unclear.

Delivery problems

If an order is delayed, damaged, missing or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact info@shyway.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. This policy does not transfer our legal delivery obligations to you or limit your statutory rights.
