Where should I start?
Start with the Botanical Library to explore the six names in the collection. Then review the ingredients, intended use and directions for the individual product you are considering. The Ritual Edit offers everyday lifestyle inspiration.
Are all the oils the same type?
No. Castor oil and essential oils are different categories. Do not assume that the directions for one oil apply to another. Follow the information supplied for the specific product.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are dispatched from Guangzhou, China.
Where do you ship?
Our current shipping destinations are the United States, Canada, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability for your location.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is US$3.50. Shipping is free for qualifying orders of US$49.99 or more. The shipping charge and eligibility shown at checkout apply to your order.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–3 days for processing before dispatch. Estimated transit is 3–8 days after dispatch. These are estimates; delivery timing can vary by destination and customs processing.
